to provide CNE, as well as hardware and software support to you and your
staff. Help Desk services include support from Server to Desktop keystroke.
This service may be implemented using several methods. Telephone support and
modem connection are available as off-site methods. We have
programs in which you can arrange for someone from our staff to be at your
office on a regularly scheduled basis during your critical or peak periods,
whether daily, weekly or monthly, to forestall the possibility of prolonged
"down" time. A
staff-training program may also be implemented in conjunction with on-site
Help Desk services. If you
prefer, our staff can assist your firm in setting up your own in-house help
desk by training your personnel and supporting them by providing solutions
that are the more technical in nature. Our Help
Desk partnership program also includes availability to substitute for your IS
staff when they are away from your office due to continuing education
